This is what my morning routine looks like these days.

• I start with Plated Daily Serum. Dry face let it sit for 2 minutes before applying the next product.

Plated is the one stop at home treatment in serum form, that uses Exosomes to regenerate our skin. Exosomes are like communication messengers that our cells use to “talk” to each other. They help regulate repair, regeneration, and signaling between cells. This process slows greatly as we age. It firms, tightens, hydrates, deep into the skin, truly making it better all the way around.

• Revsion HA Hydraserum keeps my skin hydrated. Contains peptides, and antioxidants to further plump and protect the skin.

• Face Reality Cran Peptide Cream. This moisturizer is gentle, calming, and doesn’t interfere with the hard hitting products already applied that are doing their thing throughout the day.

When I tell you I have a sensitive skin being in perimenopause- I truly mean that. I have to be very careful with what I use or I will breakout, my skin will become sensitized, etc. These products never fail me. Even in the cold winter months, my skin thrives with this routine. I know I’m doing my future self a favor, and I’m all about that these days.
