Anger is the part of you that loves you the most. It shows up when you're being mistreated, ignored, or disrespected. It's a signal-calling you to step away from what's harming you. Whether it's a room, a job, a relationship, or an old version of yourself, anger lets you know when it's time to walk away. If you learn to listen to it, to trust it, and make it your ally, it won't need to shout so loudly.
