✨Volunteer Lunch & Learn at Doors of Hope✨

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to gather with some of our amazing volunteers for a lunch and learn focused on learning, growth, and serving the women of Doors of Hope well.

Our staff shared valuable training on:
▫️Trauma-Informed Care
▫️Boundaries and Ethics
▫️The 12-Step Model
▫️HIPAA and Confidentiality
▫️Cultural Competency

We are so grateful for everyone who took the time to join us and continue growing in their understanding of how to provide compassionate, respectful, and informed support.

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to New Vision for generously providing their space for this event. We appreciate your continued support of our mission 💜

Our friends at Another Broken Egg Cafe are hosting a training event on Saturday, August 8th from 8am-2pm as they prepare for their grand opening!

Instead of paying for your meal, guests are encouraged to make a donation to Doors of Hope.
