Lovely 🌿

When we are young, we want to look older.
And when we are old, we want to look younger.

And there is a window in the middle of it all when we’re supposed to look as we wish.
But we waste that time wishing
we were taller or thinner or curvier,
our hair was longer or shinier, curlier,
parts of our body were firmer and perkier
and we’d started to use anti-wrinkle cream earlier.

And by the time we realise we were perfect just as we were,
the window has closed. It is too late.
Too late to realise that all those things never really mattered in the first place.

But it’s never too late to start letting go.
To stop wanting, stop wishing.

It’s never too late to accept yourself.
To look in the mirror and realise that all along, you never needed to look older or younger or anything else.

You just needed to look like you.

Were you ever told topical steroid (cortisone creams) use could be dangerous? I bet you weren't...

What are symptoms of Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW)?

TSW manifests through various symptoms and can appear days to weeks after discontinuing topical steroids. Common signs include:​

Burning, stinging sensations
Bright red skin (erythema)
Itching and pain
Skin peeling or flaking
Swelling (edema)
Insomnia

Though these symptoms sound mild they are not. Just google photos of individuals suffering from TSW. You will instantly realize it can be quite serious.

This is how poisonous glyphosate is...

The picture on the left was my son after more than a gallon of glyphosate was tipped over his neck and shoulders during a work accident. This is why I won't stay quiet. My healthy, 6 ft 5, 18 year old son was taken down to 125 pounds after glyphosate seeped into his pores.

That picture? He'd turned a corner then. We all felt like he just might make it. We were celebrating. He could stand. He could get out of his hospital bed. He didn't want a picture taken at his worst - with no hair from rounds and rounds of chemo, looking more shrunken, bigger tumors. A few months before this left picture, he was at death's door, stage 4 lymphoma and the doctors didn't give us much hope he would live.

I'm one of the fortunate mothers. My son battled like a warrior. He survived and the right picture is him now. But there was a brutal seven year battle with all the alternative methods, all the chemo... so much that he became chemo resistant. Then when nothing else would stop the tumors from growing back, a stem cell transplant that wiped out his whole immune system in the hope it would restart. Many mothers.... many families are not so fortunate. They lost their loved one.

Last week the Supreme Court voted 7 to 2 that glyphosate didn't need a cancer warning. Monsanto won. Bayer won. Two of the largest companies in the world won against thousands of families. My son, our entire family and thousands of others families who have had glyphosate impact their lives felt this blow in our guts.

Eleven years ago the WHO announced it "probably causes cancer." We want the "probably" word gone. We want this monster named for who it is and what it does.

We lost the fight last week. But the battle will keep going. Mothers like me won't stop. Because we know.

This was an case treated solely with Homeopathy, a single remedy Rx. This was at the 6 week Follow Up. She has had clear skin now going on 2 years. Nothing additional added, no products, no dietary changes, though I will say this client already had a very pristine diet before starting homeopathy.

Gemmotherapy is a very gentle system of medicine that helps to rebalance, gently detoxify and nourish the body. Gemmotherapy is considered to be under the larger umbrella of homeopathy. Some countries include it along with homeopathy in their national healthcare systems.

Gemmotherapy utilizes the fresh buds of trees and shrubs in its preparations. Buds, where we get the name gemmo, are known to carry all the healing properties of the plant.

Gemmotherapy can be a great place to start to help with acne breakouts. There are multiple buds that can be helpful, but Ribes nigrum and Rosmarinus are known especially in this area.

Ribes nigrum is a gentle detoxifier, a huge anti inflammatory, and helps to regulate the endocrine system through the HPA axis and deals with the effects of stress on the system directly. This translates to less inflamed skin, less redness, less swelling, fewer breakouts and a balancing of the hormones associated with acne.

Rosmarinus is a a great cleansing remedy and helps to support the detox pathways of the body. It acts on the liver, supports adrenals, helps to calm the nervous system, and has strong anti inflammatory properties.

These two are a winning duo for acne. Start low and slow and work up to the full dose over time and don't push your body to get there. Individualized Homeopathic Treatment of Acne

"Average pre-treatment duration was 5.5 years (0.25-22 years). Seven (8.4%) patients had mild acne, 37 (44.6%) moderate, and 39 (47%) severe acne. There were 13 (15.7%) LTFs, two (2.4%) failed to respond, and 68 (81.9%) went into remission. Average time to remission was 1.9 months (range 1.5-6 months), with no relapses or side-effects."
