Meet Martina, our August Staff Spotlight! 🌟

For the past year and one month, Martina has brought warmth and positivity to our community as an EVS Assistant. She loves visiting with residents and coworkers each day and appreciates the welcoming atmosphere they create together. 🥰

Outside of work, you can often find Martina dancing or making special memories with her granddaughters through arts and crafts. 🎨

We had a colorful time creating our own tie-dye shirts, and everyone enjoyed showing off their unique designs! 🌈

Pat grew up in Letts before later moving to Muscatine and spent years working as a button sorter—a role that reflects the patience and dedication so many admire about Pat. These days, you’ll often find Pat out in the yard or tending to the garden, enjoying being outdoors, or winding down with a favorite TV show. Bingo is always a highlight, and it’s one of the best ways to catch Pat’s fun, spirited side. 📺🌿

One story Pat loves to share is playing Red Rover as a child, a memory that still brings out laughter and a spark of that playful energy. 👏

Pat has a way of making everyday moments feel a little brighter, and it’s truly special getting to share in those moments together! 😊
