Commercial Cleaner (Full-Time)

Zervas Facility Maintenance is looking for someone who enjoys working in a clean, upbeat environment and doesn't mind hearing the occasional bark while they work.

This position is located inside a beautiful dog resort in Whitehall, where you'll help keep the facility clean, safe, and welcoming for both the staff and their four-legged guests.
Good news: You won't be responsible for handling, walking, or moving any dogs. You'll only clean empty kennels while the dogs remain safely secured in nearby areas. If you're an animal lover but would rather clean than chase tennis balls, this is the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing
Every shift helps create a clean, healthy environment for employees, customers, and their furry companions.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors
Operating an easy-to-use floor scrubber
Cleaning offices and employee break rooms
Cleaning and sanitizing empty dog kennels
Removing dog hair, dirt, dust, and debris
Following daily cleaning checklists to maintain high standards

Schedule
Monday – Friday
4:00 PM – Midnight
8-hour shifts
Full-Time
Enjoy your mornings and weekends while working a consistent evening schedule.
Pay & Growth
$16.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience

Requirements
Reliable transportation to Whitehall
Ability to work evening shifts
Able to pass a background check (all applicants are considered in accordance with applicable laws)
Comfortable working around dogs (without handling them)
Positive attitude, dependable, and takes pride in quality work
