Karli Baldus, MA, LLP Sharing with quick tips, tricks, research, mental health education, and opportunities available to help everyone become their best self.

As I continue to grow/learn, I find so many great resources, opportunities, and information that I would like to share with people. I created this page hoping to get the information out, but also create a dialogue to find out what is missing and more ways to be of service to the community. I plan to promote other therapist here, too, so that people can be aware of what's available for mental health and work towards becoming their best self.

🎉THE WAIT IS OVER! 🎉
We are so excited to officially say CONGRATULATIONS to Cece Amante, LLPC!
Cece has shown so much resilience, dedication, and perseverance throughout this process, and we couldn't be more proud of her! We are excited to see her continue growing as a clinician and supporting the clients she serves.
Cece will be reaching back out to former clients and now has new availability for clients with:
Aetna
ASR
Blue Cross Blue Shield
Priority Health
Cece works with ages 3 and up and incorporates IFS and Play Therapy-informed practices into her work.
With the school year beginning, anxiety and stress can increase for children, teens, and families. This can be a great time to connect with a therapist and build support before things feel overwhelming.

Love this ❤️

The Healing Village is here to remind you today and every day that is never a bad thing to ask for help. Leslie Higgins from Ted Lasso said it best, "Human beings are never going to be perfect (Roy). The best we can do is keep asking for help and accepting it when you can. And if you keep doing that, you'll always be moving towards better."

Remember to reach out for others when you need it. Human connection helps our healing and sets us up on the right path to become our best versions of ourselves. 🩷

I saw this at a training I was in and thought it was a really powerful visual.

So grateful to Joy!

Thank you to Joy Robinson for being willing to supervise our intern, Kiara! We know that it takes a village, and we appreciate our village for helping us provide services to our community.

Can you help us give backpacks to foster and adoptive families? Back to School events are coming up quickly - but there is still time to purchase backpacks from our Amazon wish list! Every backpack purchased goes directly to a child in a foster/adopt home!

So grateful and wishing her the best!

We want to express our deep appreciation for our intern, Kiara Hatcher.

Today marks her last day with The Healing Village, we feel blessed to have had her as a part of our team.

Kiara looked for ways to learn and serve. She helped with events, explored resources behind the scenes so we could better support our clients, provided social and emotional support to Muskegon Public School’s elementary students, and was able to offer therapy to our community at a reduced cost. We know the staff, the clients, and the community were positively impacted by her care. We wish her well as she finds the path that feels right for her in social work.

Please join us in wishing her well and thanking her for her service with us!
