Community Care Clinic of Dare Medical Dental Pharmacy. Services for uninsured and underinsured patients living or working in Dare

In order to receive services at the Community Care Clinic, one must;

* Be between the ages of 18 - 64

* Live or Work in Dare County

* Have NO Health Insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid

* Have income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
(if living in Dare County)
* Have income at or below 225% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
(i

f working in Dare County and living in another county)

* Have less than $3,000 cash on hand or in any bank accounts

* Have household income less than limits set for in clinic guidelines
