Employee Spotlight: Meet Mike Barbo! 🌟

When it comes to career growth, Mike’s top advice for anyone starting out is to embrace every opportunity—whether that means traveling to different clinics, picking up extra shifts, asking lots of questions, or stepping outside your comfort zone to become a more confident, well-rounded professional.

Off the clock, you’ll rarely find Mike cooped up indoors. He’s happiest spending time outside hauling hay, fixing up his property, riding horses in the mountains, hunting, or taking his side-by-side out for a spin. Above all else, family is the most important part of his life, and he spends much of his free time cheering on his kids at soccer, track, and football games, taking them to swimming lessons, or just hanging out together.

Mike also brings serious creativity and dedication to his DIY passion projects! Every year for Mother’s Day, he builds something new for his wife. Over time, he’s built a barn, horse corrals, a tack room, and a greenhouse that evolved into a cozy backyard "She-shed" complete with a TV. Next up on his list? A covered building for their above-ground pool setup featuring an outdoor shower and a sauna for ultimate mountain spa vibes.

If Mike had a fair warning label, it would simply read: "Warning: He means well, but he’s probably going to be late."
