will complete her Masters of Nutrition in May with plans to eventually pursue her PhD. She was featured in a book of 25 Wellness Experts entitled "The Wellness Code," available on Amazon. Her own first book is also due out this year called "Lose Your Inches Without Losing Your Mind!"

🔔 I’ve had so many sound baths lately! I’ve been doing events at studios, communities, and private homes. I’m so happy to share the calming and peaceful sounds of a crystal bowl sound bath.😊

The event last night was at a new community named Terreno in Naples. We’ll be doing a floating pool sound bath next month there for the community members. So fun! 🙌

While lying down, you will listen to the healing tones of quartz crystal singing bowls and other musical instruments. These powerful frequencies help clear stagnant energy, reduce stress, and guide you into a deeply meditative state.
