The type of massage I do includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Muscle Release Technique, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy and Pre-Natal Massage. My goal is for each client to have their issues addressed, whether they be relaxation, stress relief, muscle spasm or pain relief

. I am also happy to provide information on stretches and strengthening techniques to help restore the muscles to a more pliant and strong state. Member of Historic East Nashville Merchants Association (HENMA) since 2006.
