Perhaps its my Irish lineage but somewhere inside me there is a person who loses their mind every single time they see a rainbow.

No apologies for that.

Color has always felt like the most honest thing ~ it doesn't hide, it doesn't perform, it just is.

Red grounds. Orange creates. Yellow ignites. Green heals. Blue speaks. Indigo sees. Violet transcends.

Seven colors. Seven chakras. Seven frequencies your body already knows.

And somehow nature arranges them all after a storm ~ as if to say, all of it belongs. All of it is needed.

This space is for every color of human. No exceptions.

That's what we're after.

Not perfection. Not a retreat you have to fly to. Just a nervous system that finally gets to exhale.

You're not burned out because you're weak.

You're burned out because you've been running your nervous system like a machine that doesn't need maintenance and nobody ever told you that wasn't sustainable.

You scheduled the meeting. The carpool. The follow-up email at 10pm.

You didn't schedule the part where your body gets to stop bracing.

That's not a calendar problem. That's a nervous system problem.

And it's not fixed by a weekend. Or a glass of wine. Or sleeping in on Saturday.

It's fixed by teaching your body, on a cellular level, that the threat is over.

That's what sound does. That's what stillness does. That's what 90 minutes with no one needing anything from you does.

You don't have to talk about your feelings. You don't have to explain yourself. You just have to show up and lie down.

You don't have to figure out the rest. Your body remembers.

Our monthly sound healing sessions in Murfreesboro are back! But they are not the same. Something new has formed just for you. Meet: Sound & Reflect. A longer more intentional space to be held.

I paused our monthly sessions while searching for a permanent home for this work. That search is still unfolding but what became clear is that the container doesn't need four walls to be sacred. It just needs the right people in the room.

So we're back. And I've extended each session to 90 minutes because you deserve more than an hour to just be. More space. More stillness. Less rushing, less clock watching.

Tomorrow, the first turn begins.

Seven months ago this was just an idea. A quiet knowing that there was a different way to do this work ~ slower, deeper, more embodied than anything I had seen offered in this space.

Tomorrow that idea becomes a room full of women in middle Tennessee who said yes before they had proof. Who trusted something they felt before they could explain it.

If you are in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, or anywhere close enough to drive ~ tonight is the last night to claim your spot. Enrollment closes when we begin tomorrow afternoon in Murfreesboro.

This is not a hard sell. It is a simple truth: the container closes at 11:59pm CT tonight and it does not reopen until Year 2.
