Join Movement Lounge and adoptable pups from Wags & Walks Rescue Nashville for a full-body, mat-based strength + sculpt class! Exercise variations offered, so it’s great for all levels!

During class adoptable rescue pups will be roaming the room providing surprise cuddles, puppy kisses, and some very adorable distractions. If you aren’t up for the class, but still want to hang out on a mat and play with pups, thats fine too! 🥹🐾

Tickets proceeds from this class benefit Wags and Walks Nashville and the amazing work they do to support animal welfare

Since March, these incredible trainees have spent countless hours studying anatomy, movement, intelligent sequencing, yoga philosophy, and the art of creating classes that are safe, accessible, and meaningful. Now it’s time for them to share everything they’ve learned!

Let’s help cheer them on as they lead their first public yoga classes! ✨

Each class has been sequenced and created by the trainees - meaning you get to experience their unique creative and teaching styles.
