-Therapy for individuals and couples in TN Nobody told me the journey to parenthood would be this hard – the burnout from trying to conceive, navigating multiple high-risk pregnancies, experiencing pregnancy loss, and surviving the NICU ultimately gave us our three living sons and stillborn daughter. I want you to know that I’m here for you – not just as a mental health professional, but as a fellow human being who gets it. I'm passionate about helping individuals and couples (especially fellow dads) feel supported wherever they are – from trying to conceive through early parenthood and/or pregnancy and infant loss / infertility. I also love to teach couples how to rekindle their relationship during these major life transitions that are common culprits to new or increased relationship conflict and disconnection.
