No one talks enough about the grief men can feel when life asks them to become a provider.
A man can deeply love his wife, his children, and the life he has built and still feel the weight of what it cost him to get there. Going from freedom and flexibility to sleepless nights, constant responsibility, and supporting your family through every season is a real transition. That does not make him selfish, but rather, it makes him human.
When men do not have language for that weight, it often shows up as irritability, withdrawal, resentment, or disconnection. I help high-functioning men put words to what they are carrying, understand how pressure is affecting their lives, and build healthier ways to function.
