Cutting peppers today and I see this. 😊

Do you see a happy face or a "Its fine. Im fine. Everything is fine" face?

At first I saw the happy face. Then I noticed a "tear drop" and thought, hey, that matches how my day went. 🥴

Im gonna go with a happy face. That makes me feel better. ☺️

Today was a jam packed day (and its not even over yet).

🍝5 more quarts of spaghetti sauce
☀️enjoyed the beautiful weather
🌸picked seeds from the dried flowers so we can plant them next year
🍯made a homemade marinade for our ribs (YUM)
👨‍👩‍👧‍👧had a delicious family meal
🪁flew some kites
🍅tomato skins are in the dehyrator
🌿one flower bed is weeded and cleaned up
🛋new couch is put together
🧺laundry is all clean (now I just have to put it away)
🚜lawn is mowed

Tonight my best helpers and I made 14 quarts of homemade grape juice with grapes given to us by some friends. We used about 4 gallons of grapes total.

Best part? Only 3 ingredients.

➡️ grapes
➡️ little sugar
➡️ water

These have to sit for about 4 weeks. We will be impatiently waiting to try it. 😋

Today we tried something new when making spaghetti sauce and its definitely our new favorite way to make it.

We put all the ingredients in tin foil and roasted it on the grill. Then I blended it all and water bathed the jars.
