As we celebrate National CNA Week, we're proud to recognize the future Certified Nursing Assistants who recently completed Springpoint's CNA Training Program through Springpoint University.

Made possible through the support of the Springpoint Foundation, this program removes many of the barriers that can stand in the way of career advancement. Participants are paid while they train, and the program covers uniforms, CPR certification, textbooks, and CNA exam costs. In just a few months, students can complete the program, earn their CNA credential, and begin a rewarding career with guaranteed job placement at a Springpoint community.

In May, all ten SU students graduated from the program at Wi******er Gardens and are now preparing to take their certification exams. Their success reflects the dedication of our instructors, mentors, and team members, as well as the determination of the students themselves.

We're especially grateful to the Springpoint Foundation and the Grunin Foundation, whose ongoing support helps make opportunities like this possible.

Participants shared how grateful they were for the opportunity, support, and encouragement they received along the way—demonstrating the life-changing impact this program can have on both careers and confidence.

Congratulations to Robina Reynolds, the first graduate of Springpoint’s CNA Training Program at Stonebridge At Montgomery! By supporting career growth and professional development opportunities like this, we're empowering team members to build rewarding careers while delivering the exceptional care and compassion our residents deserve every day.

This National CNA Week, we’re proud to recognize Robina Reynolds, the first Stonebridge at Montgomery team member to graduate from Springpoint’s organization-wide CNA Training Program and become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

With more than 15 years of caregiving experience, Robina – who was born and raised in Jamaica – has always been passionate about helping others. After joining Stonebridge’s Assisted Living and Memory Care team in 2024, she pursued her longtime goal of becoming a CNA—commuting from the Trenton area to Wi******er Gardens (a Springpoint Life Plan Community located in Maplewood, NJ) for six weeks to complete her training.

Today, residents and families benefit from Robina’s compassion, dedication, and commitment to exceptional care every day. As she looks ahead to pursuing her LPN license, we’re excited to support her continued growth.

Expanding wellness while strengthening our communities.

At Springpoint, we believe wellness should be accessible to everyone—no matter where they live. Through the generous support of the Springpoint Foundation, our LivWell program is bringing whole-person wellness directly to residents in our affordable housing communities.

And in honor of Senior Health & Fitness Day (recognized earlier this month), we're celebrating the many ways residents are staying active, connected, and engaged—from friendly pickleball matches and community gardening to themed social events that bring neighbors together... including a little "May the 4th Be With You" fun!

Now offered in 10 of our 19 affordable housing communities, LivWell is already making a meaningful impact—reaching hundreds of residents with opportunities to support their physical, social, and emotional well-being. From fitness classes and wellness programming to social gatherings and educational opportunities, this multidimensional program helps residents live healthier, more vibrant lives every day.

We're excited to continue this momentum with the recent expansion of LivWell to Allaire Crossing and Friendship Gardens—with even more communities to come.

This is what community-centered care looks like: meeting residents where they are and providing the resources, connections, and opportunities they need to thrive.

The Springpoint Foundation continues to create meaningful opportunities for residents to connect, including a recent BBQ at Friendship Gardens, a Springpoint affordable housing community, that drew nearly 60 residents for an afternoon of fun and entertainment.

This gathering gave residents and team members the opportunity to socialize, enjoy a delicious meal, and share plenty of laughs during a comedy performance. The event was a wonderful reminder of how meaningful resident-centered programs can be in fostering engagement and strengthening community bonds.

The Springpoint Foundation is proud to support initiatives like this that enhance the lives of residents across our communities, creating opportunities for social connection, enrichment, and fun. A special thank you to Springpoint Foundation Board Member Michelle Bennett for volunteering her time and helping make the event such a success.

Sunshine, tacos, prizes, and great company — what more could you ask for? 🌮☀️🎉

Colleagues from across the organization gathered at our Home Office to connect, celebrate successes, and hear updates from members of our leadership team, including President and CEO Anthony Argondizza. We were especially excited to welcome our 2026 student interns — with more than 20 students representing a diverse range of colleges and universities, this year’s program brings fresh perspectives and talent to Springpoint.

The popular Tacoholics food truck kept everyone fueled, while raffle prizes kept the excitement going throughout the afternoon.

While events like these are a chance to connect and celebrate, they also serve a greater purpose. Bringing team members together helps strengthen collaboration, share ideas, and reinforce our commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to the residents, clients, and families who count on us every day.

The next generation of talent has arrived at Springpoint! This week, we welcomed more than 20 students during our 2026 Student/Intern Orientation, marking the start of an exciting learning journey across our organization.

Representing a wide range of disciplines—including finance, social work, rehabilitation, marketing, administration, and more—these students will gain hands-on experience across multiple Springpoint communities and departments in the weeks and months ahead.This experience offers a unique opportunity to learn in a mission-driven environment while exploring diverse career paths within senior living and healthcare. Working alongside experienced professionals, students will contribute to meaningful projects and gain a deeper understanding of the impact they can make in the lives of older adults.

Springpoint President & CEO Anthony Argondizza kicked off the session by sharing insights into our mission and vision, and he was joined by other Springpoint leaders who also addressed the students as they begin their journey with us. As their experience unfolds, they will bring fresh ideas, new perspectives, and valuable support to teams across the organization.
