Springpoint is a nationally recognized senior living provider, with a legacy of over 100 years serving the Mid-Atlantic region. It consists of Springpoint Senior Living and its eight full-service Life Plan Communities and 19 affordable

housing communities. It also includes Springpoint at Home, providing homecare and care management services, and Springpoint Choice, a membership-based program offering security for members.

Movement, motivation, and meaningful connection were on full display across all of Springpoint as we celebrated National Senior Health & Fitness Day!

Residents from Crestwood Manor, Meadow Lakes, and Monroe Village came together to enjoy a little friendly competition, proving that staying active is even more fun with friends by your side. From games and fitness activities to plenty of smiles and laughs, the day was all about healthy living and community connection.

And at The Moorings at Lewes, residents celebrated the official launch of their own LivWell program — Springpoint’s personalized, whole-person approach to wellness.

Residents at Stafford by the Bay, a Springpoint affordable housing community, recently came together for one of their favorite community traditions — the Swap Meet! 🛍️♻️✨

An entire room was filled with donated treasures, giving residents the chance to browse, shop, and find something new to love. From household items to unique finds, the event was a wonderful reminder that one person’s no-longer-needed item can become someone else’s perfect find.

We believe in the power of community, sustainability, and giving items a second life instead of throwing them away. Events like these bring neighbors together while promoting recycling and reducing waste — and they’re always a huge hit!

What a truly beautiful day out on the course for this year’s Annual Golf Classic — filled with great company, friendly competition, and an even greater purpose. ⛳💚

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors, partners, golfers, and supporters, the Springpoint Foundation raised more than $300,000 to directly support our affordable housing initiatives. These funds help advance our mission of expanding access to safe, affordable, and supportive housing for older adults, strengthening communities where residents can thrive with dignity, independence, and connection.

Events like this are only possible because of the unwavering commitment of our partners and supporters. Your belief in our mission fuels everything we do, and we are deeply grateful for your continued investment in our work and in the communities we serve.
