For nearly a decade, cacao has guided us deeper into a question:
Where did this sacred relationship begin?
This July, something extraordinary becomes possible. After years of relationship-building, research, and collaboration with local partners, Legacy Cacao has been invited to bring just 11 participants into one of the oldest known ceremonial cacao sites on Earth.
✨At night, beneath the stars ✨ Within an ancient spiral temple hidden in the mountains of southern Ecuador.
This pilgrimage will take us to the birthplace of cacao civilization—to harvest wild cacao, walk alongside archaeologists helping rewrite cacao’s origin story, encounter stingless bees and extraordinary biodiversity, explore sacred waterfalls, and experience a landscape that has been quietly holding these stories for more than 5,000 years.
This is not just a retreat.
It is an invitation into living inquiry.
A journey into the place where archaeology, direct experience, ancient wisdom, and personal revelation begin to converge.
