Hi, I’m Caitlin, certified in craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT). For the past 18 years—and through raising seven babies—I’ve explored so many holistic-momma rabbit holes: oral ties, essential oils, non-toxic cleaners, diet, and more, all to better support my children’s development. When my Asa boy was just four weeks old, I jumped at the chance for free bodywork being offered locally. After just

Sure, baby girls with headbands are adorable, but did you know headbands can restrict the free movement of fascia? Have you ever noticed a mark when you take the headband off? You don't have to cut the headbands cold turkey. I get it. But instead of all the time, maybe wear it to church then take it off. Wear it in the store, then remove it at home. Giving that sweet brain room to breathe is so beneficial.

As for the curved baby... Yeah, girlfriend is tight! Let's get baby in for some body work and loosen them up. Sure doesn't look comfortable to be stuck in that position! ❤️

I love working on my family and hearing what they feel as they unwind. I spent some time working on Ella a few days ago before she got an expander in so her body was calm, loosened, and ready for that bit of trauma. As I was on the left side of her stomach, she could feel it releasing up the left side of her rib cage and into her armpit. It is so fascinating and amazing to me every single time. They're the reason I decided to learn CFT. It is such rewarding work! ❤️

My 3rd baby was almost failure to thrive. I was told he was a lazy nurser - milk supply was no problem. Oh how I wish I had known about tongue ties and fascia 13 years ago! This image is the dissected deep front line of fascial running from the tongue allll the way down to the toes. It's all connected! Your baby isn't lazy. They're exhausted! That fascia needs hydration. It needs to be released with movement. There is hope!
