Every time I pull into the driveway and see this view, I’m reminded of how much work, dedication, and heart went into bringing The Oscar at Veramendi to life.

What was once a construction site is now becoming a home filled with new friendships, laughter, great food, meaningful experiences, and a team committed to serving our residents every day.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. We are honored to serve the New Braunfels community.

🎉 Our first week is officially in the books! 🎊

From welcoming new residents and their families, to hosting our first Happy Hour, and breaking in the bus, it's been an exciting journey for the 22 who moved into the community during the first week! 💃🥂🚍

As we welcome 30 additional residents this month, and a busy July on the horizon, The Oscar at Veramendi is quickly becoming the thriving community we envisioned! 🥳
