Mental health is a serious matter and effects everyone on many different levels. Sadly some people have lost the battle to their mental health and we would like to bring awareness to the world that this isn't a small issue. In fact, it's one of the toughest because it can go undetected or spoken on for so long.
We know what it's like to lose those that we care about the deepest to mental health struggles and we understand that at times it can even be unbearable to think about.
Something that we can do, is come to the understanding that as a collective whole, WE can make a positive difference and help others find the mental health resources that they need.
Please remember:
You don't need to battle alone.
It is always Us Over I and we are here for you.

Plenty of people need the help.
Help if, when and how you can.
Don't be afraid to ask others if they're wanting to support as well.
Part of being the change is not being afraid of bringing others to help as well.

Opportunities.
Opportunities surround us every day to make a real difference. It may seem tiny or "not much" but you may have no idea who's life you benefited or possibly even saved. Your compliment could be the only smile someone had that day. Pointing out someone working hard could reignite their flame. Taking a few minutes to speak to someone could be the talk they needed to stick around. Giving someone a smile may remind them that their are friendly people if they're normally surrounded by negativity.
YOU NEVER KNOW.
So go be the change.
Go be the light.
Make a positive difference.

Grateful
I had the pleasure of visiting with the Republic fire station in Republic, Missouri today. It was great getting to have a good conversation with the men I meant today aimed at making communities a better and safer place. Thank you fellas for all that yall do and choosing to continue to lead on a daily basis.
At Us Over I we will always greatly appreciate those that selflessly choose a life of service.
We hope yall enjoy the drinks and have a safe rest of your shift.
