Join me tomorrow night for Yoga Nidra and a sound bath celebrating the Pisces full moon and eclipse.

Settle into deep rest with a calming sound bath meditation designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to help you unwind, followed by a guided meditation that invites relaxation and inner awareness. As you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, creating space for renewal, balance, and peace. Please bring your own yoga mat and any cozy props you’d like—such as a blanket, pillow, or bolster—to make your experience as comfortable and nurturing as possible.

I love props! Anything can be a prop. (My favorite is my kitchen counter but 🤫 shhh don’t tell!)

When you are focused solely on not falling down, the essence of the pose can become lost. So I invite you to try a prop, a wall, even a kitchen table or counter. Experience the pose without the fear of falling.
