🧠 Another great year educating the coaches who help keep our athletes safe!

It is always an honor to provide our annual Concussion Recognition & Management Workshop for the incredible coaches of New Lenox Youth Football Association Cheerleading. Thank you for inviting me back again this year!

Concussions are more than "just getting your bell rung." Early recognition, proper removal from play, and appropriate medical evaluation can make all the difference in an athlete's recovery and long-term health.

These coaches dedicate countless hours to our young athletes, and it speaks volumes that they continue investing their time to learn how to better recognize and respond to concussion injuries.

👏 Thank you to all of the coaches who attended and for your commitment to athlete safety!

One of my favorite parts of co-owning Integrated Physical Medicine is being able to give back to the sports and athletes that have given so much to me throughout my life.

It was an honor for IPM to sponsor a hole at the Friends of Celtic Wrestling Golf Outing supporting Providence Catholic Wrestling 2026.

As a former wrestler and now youth coach, I know firsthand the dedication, discipline, and hard work this sport demands. We are proud to support programs that help develop not only great athletes, but even better young men and women.
