And it’s even better together! Pull up a chair, grab some colors, and join a parent, grandparent, friend, or loved one. The conversation, laughter, and time spent together may be the very best part. ❤️

Coloring is one of many activities that can benefit seniors while giving family and friends an opportunity to join in. Puzzles, games, crafts, music, gardening, gentle movement—sometimes a meaningful visit is as simple as doing something together.

Happy hour is a chance to unwind, catch up on the day’s headlines, share stories, enjoy a few laughs, and spend time together.

There’s something comforting about turning the pages of a newspaper the old-fashioned way—staying connected to what’s happening in the world while also staying connected to the people right beside you.
