Women’s health and aging is a trending topic especially Perimenopause. Please know that symptoms can overlap between perimenopause, thyroid concerns, nutrient deficiencies, and stress, gut issues and more. Stop guessing and stop self-diagnosing. You deserve to know for sure what is actually going on inside your body.

Step one? Track your cycle for the entire month.
Step two? Get your hormones checked properly.

I use comprehensive testing like the DUTCH test with my coaching clients. It gives us a complete, clear picture of your hormone metabolites, cortisol patterns, and adrenal health so we can get to the root of what’s happening.
Ready to stop guessing and get real answers? Send me a DM or click the link in my bio to book a holistic wellness consultation and let’s look at your numbers together. ✨

Asking a woman over 40, “Why do you want your hormones tested?” is exactly why so many of us feel brushed off.

Birth control gets handed out like candy as a quick band-aid, but our cycles are constantly dropping clues about our overall health. 👀

Felt like yappin! As quiet as it’s kept... we have an upper hand when we actually listen to our bodies. 💬✨

Your period is just one piece of a month-long conversation between your brain, hormones, and uterus. It’s useful information! Stop pushing through the burnout and start giving your body what it’s actually asking for—whether that’s movement, rest, or specific herbal support.

Stay tuned for Part 2!

Incoming Call: Ya Body. 🧘🏾‍♀️✨

Watching the people we love ignore their health until it’s a crisis is heartbreaking. As Black women, we’re often conditioned to do the exact same thing to carry everything, take care of everyone, and push through the noise. But being “invincible” usually just leads to burnout.

When your body sends these signals whether it’s restless sleep, constant fatigue, or a low-grade headache don’t ignore it. Answer the call, get checked out, and advocate for yourself. Prevention isn’t just self-care; it’s self-preservation.

🗣️ When was the last time you paused to actually listen to what your body is trying to tell you?
