We have an immediate opening in either our largest semi-private or a private room.
Peace of Home is NOT your grandma’s assisted living ! While some call it The Dude Ranch we affectionately call it The Old Fart Frat House.
Peace of Home is the only local Residential Assisted Living specializing in males & the only one in the Harahan/River Ridge area.
Our 6 resident limit allows our guys to receive much more individualized attention than in a large facility.
We welcome men with dementia, those on hospice & can accommodate both temporary & permanent stays. In home visits by a Nurse Practitioner are available.

We are NOT your Grandma’s Assisted Living—mostly b/c we don’t allow Grandmas. We are a home for all males. We do things differently here. No mandatory early-morning wake up times. No forced participation in social activities. Nobody insisting he eat his vegetables.

We call it The Old Fart Frat House. Some call it The Dude Ranch. Either way—no doilies, no knitting circles, no pink shower totes. Here we have recliners & football & toiletries are kept in toolboxes.

No apologies. Pride is optional. Pants are encouraged. Sense of humor required.
