One of the reasons I became a Reiki Master was because I truly believe our bodies, minds, and souls are deeply connected.
I’ve seen how stress, grief, anxiety, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm can affect the body — and how creating space for rest, balance, and energetic support can help people reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
For years, practices like Reiki and other biofield therapies were often dismissed or misunderstood. But science is beginning to explore what many practitioners and clients have experienced firsthand for generations.
Recently, researchers connected with MD Anderson Cancer Center published studies examining biofield therapies, including Reiki, and their potential effects on wellbeing, stress responses, and physiological changes. Research in this area is still growing, but it is encouraging to see these conversations expanding within integrative health and wellness spaces.
For me, Reiki is not about replacing medical care. It is about supporting the whole person — creating moments of peace, grounding, relaxation, and energetic balance while honoring the body’s natural ability to heal and restore.
This path has taught me the importance of slowing down, listening deeply, and holding compassionate space for others. Whether through Reiki, sound healing, mindfulness meditation, breathwork, or herbal support, my goal is always the same: to help people feel supported, balanced, and connected again. ✨
