A few ways to support new parents when you can’t physically be there. What else would you add?
💙 Drop off a meal, fresh fruit, coffee, or diapers
💙 If you snag a coveted grocery delivery slot, ask if they want to add on anything and then deliver it
💙 Leave a voicemail, hearing someone’s voice can be so uplifting

Some updates related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19):
💙 The best evidence we have says it's ok to keep nursing/pumping for your baby when either of you are sick (goes for most types of illnesses). You can always double-check with your provider.
💙 As of now, we're still offering home visits.
💙 Let us know if anyone is your house is sick, and we can consider the option of a secure phone/video consult instead!

Press it when you first start pumping to switch to a faster cycle speed called “Letdown Mode.” After your milk starts flowing, press the wavy button again to switch to slower cycle speed called “Expression Mode.” Toggle back and forth as needed while you pump for more 💦. This is how babies nurse (fast to start, slow while milk is flowing). Make your pump work for you!
