The stroll is moving indoors this week, mamas. 🤍

The summer heat is hitting harder than last year, so instead of the walk we’re bringing the village inside where it’s cool. We partnered up with The Hive on Woodland to give you a soft place to land. Bring the babies, let them play, and let yourself exhale.

Saturday, August 1st at 9am. Spots are limited and you’ll need our code to book.

The heat couldn’t stop this village. 🤍

Saturday we took the Community Stroll indoors, and our mamas SHOWED UP. Our regulars, new faces, and the sweetest moment of all: one of our village mamas, just 8 weeks postpartum, came out so we could finally meet her baby girl. THIS is what the fourth trimester should look like. Surrounded. Supported. Celebrated.

The littles played their hearts out in community , mamas connected, and Chick-fil-A Lakeside Mall even surprised us with an activation where our babies won some fun prizes. 🐄

An air-conditioned loop, full bellies, new friendships, and a village that keeps growing.

To every mama who came: thank you for choosing yourself on Saturday. And to our newest little village member, welcome, baby girl. We’ve been waiting for you. 💛

The rain came. Our mamas came anyway. 🌿🤍

Our Mama Brinch was everything — and none of it would have been possible without the village that showed up behind the scenes.

Thank you to Nola Music And Artist Studio for opening your doors and making space for our mamas and their babies. A nonprofit rooted in music and art for our youth — holding space for the mothers who are raising them. That is full circle. That is community. 🎶

Thank you to The velvet blender for feeding our mamas at 7am — fresh waffles and fruit, made with love before most of the city was even awake. Our mamas deserved every single bite. 🧇🍓

And thank you to for pouring into our mamas — literally and figuratively. You showed up for us again and we are so grateful. 🥂

A very special thank you to for gifting one of our mamas the most beautiful stroller. You believed in our village and we will never forget it. 🙏🏽🍼

At the One Happy Mama Block Party, one of our mamas walked up to our table.

She just wanted us to know how much the walks meant to her.

We walk for maternal mental health. For connection. For the moment you realize the mama next to you is carrying the exact same thing you are and neither of you have to carry it alone anymore.

Sometimes I ask myself… am I crazy for starting this?

And then a mama finds me. And she tells me. And I remember exactly why. 🌿

Thank you for showing up for yourself first. Your testimony after every stroll is what keeps us all going. 🤍

Throughout this journey of life, we meet people for a reason. No one we cross paths with is ever a coincidence.

Maybe someone sent you our flyer. Maybe a friend grabbed your hand and said come walk with me. Maybe you just needed somewhere to go on a Saturday morning when everything felt like too much.

However you found us …you were meant to.

One year ago, we started walking. Through the healing. Through the hard mornings. Through the rain — literally!

And you showed up anyway.

The Village Celebration was everything we prayed it would be fresh groceries from , doula love from , a shrimp creole recipe to carry the warmth home, and keeping our mamas refreshed and celebrated. ✨

But the real gift…was YOU.

To every mama who came to one stroll, a handful, or every single one thank you for showing up for yourself first. You met someone on this journey who was meant to find you. And you left a little less alone.

That is the village.

Year two is already calling. And we cannot wait to walk into it with you. 🌿🤍
