🎊 Happy New Year! 🎊
I wanted to re-introduce myself to some and introduce myself to anyone who recently felt led to join my social community. Thank you for being here! 🙏🏾

I am a wife, mother, seasoned corporate sales leader, and yoga & mindfulness educator.

I founded Bee Mindful Yoga six and a half years ago, on July 23, 2019. My original intention was simply to spend more quality time with my three daughters by incorporating yoga and mindfulness into our day-to-day lives. That single intention fueled my desire to complete my 200-hour YTT.

Since then, I’ve developed offerings such as Wine Down Wednesdays (virtual vinyasa yoga), Mindful Mondays (virtual chair yoga for seniors and those with limited mobility), exclusive kids-only yoga clubs (in-person and virtual), co-wrote a trauma-informed yoga course, and more.

I’ve been gently listening to my heart and creating some new offerings that I’ll be rolling out soon—so keep a watchful eye. 🧐

When I’m not practicing yoga and mindfulness, dancing and writing are two of my favorite creative outlets. I also love long walks on the beach, grounding beneath beautiful trees (the banyan tree is my favorite), juicing for health, and all things wellness.

My family is my WHY and GOD is my source of faith, hope, and direction.

I look forward to building community with all of you this year. Cheers to an abundant 2026! 🥂

2025 brought so much joy, love, and adventure but also a big transition, doubt, and uncertainty. With time and maturity, I’ve learned to embrace the unknown, because that’s where I’ve always experienced the most growth.

This year was a rollercoaster, but GOD and my amazing husband are my firm foundation. I’m STRONGER, more CONFIDENT, and more LOVED than I’ve ever been. And for that, I am deeply grateful.

I also have immense PEACE because GOD has and continues to show me clear signs that I am supported by HIM and I am exactly where HE wants me in this season of my life. 🙏🏾

Cheers to everything 2026 will reveal 🥂✨🧘🏽‍♀️
