Great weekend at HOD in Washington. Dr. Perez BOT representing NY as an alternate delegate. It was a nice surprise to reunite with fellowship director and trauma attending Dr. David Seligson who received the distinguished service citation. A lot was accomplished that weekend and looking forward to next year!

run completed! Fun 5K with cinnamon raisin bagels at the end. I swear I run for the bagels 🤣. 3 of 9 races completed for next year’s marathon. Hamstring is still holding up!
