Right now, somewhere, someone’s life is changing. They’re carrying a loss. Learning to care for a loved one. Stepping away for a while, and figuring out how to come back stronger. These moments don’t exist in neat siloes, so support shouldn’t either.

Empathy combines AI + human care to help people move forward with clarity and confidence. To make the hard moments less hard. Discover the new standard for support at the link in bio.

Empathy is building a more resilient society, one hard moment at a time.

In 2020, Ron Gura and Yonatan Bergman set out to help families through the emotional and practical complexities that come with loss.

Over the past six years, our focus has grown to encompass all of life’s hardest moments. We’ve expanded with Empathy LifeVault™, Empathy Leave Support™ and Empathy Caregiving Support™.

Life doesn’t fit into neat, isolated moments. Neither should the support people receive when things get hard.

Loss. Legacy. Leave. Caregiving. Support for the whole human experience, by Empathy.

When someone you love is going through something hard, it’s easy to freeze. You want to say the “perfect” thing, so sometimes you end up saying nothing at all.

These five texts are a place to start. Save this for the next time you’re staring at a blank message.

Life’s hardest moments are easier to carry when we show up for each other — even imperfectly. 🫂

Out of your control ➡️ In your control

There comes a moment during a challenging season when you might feel like everything is yours to manage.

📞 The logistics.
📆 The timeline.
🫂 How everyone else is doing.

But so much of what makes these moments heavy was never within your control in the first place.

When life feels heavy, it’s easy for everything to feel like your responsibility. Truth is, a lot of it is out of your control. It’s OK to release that pressure.

If could tell her younger self one thing, it would be to start meditating.

Meditation is an important skill that can help you build resilience and self-compassion for life’s hardest moments, whether you’re grieving, caregiving, or taking a step back from work.

Just like Eve says, life isn’t always easy. But how we respond is what really matters. Stay tuned from more insights, tips, and advice from ’s Mindfulness Expert in our new series, Moments with Eve.

Nicole Kidman was on the press tour for Practical Magic 2 when the conversation turned to something more personal: caring for her mother at the end of her life.

Her answer wasn’t about grand gestures. Instead, she spoke about being present. Listening. Being available. Not judging.

These are all the lessons that we can carry forward in our own lives, when we find ourselves caring for the people we love.

Caregivers deserve support — and that’s exactly what we’re here for.

There’s no class for this. No syllabus for what happens after a loved one passes away. No unit on probate, or closing accounts, or the hundred small tasks that pile up while you’re in the midst of grief.

Jo, a Care Manager at Empathy, knows this better than most. In her role, she walks families through the parts that no one prepares you for.

Life’s hard moments aren’t always recognized. Getting through them doesn’t always come with applause.

We think even the smallest steps deserve a little celebration:
⭐️ Having that convo you’ve been dreading.
⭐️ Feeling tough emotions, no guilt attached.
⭐️ Asking for help before it’s urgent.

Save your star. Or send it to someone who’s earned one too.
