Elite Choice supports at-home consumers and their caregivers so you can receive guilt-free care.

CDPAP, Consumer Directed Personal Care Program is a New York State Medicaid program that compensates a caregiver of your choice to help you with daily living activities through a fiscal intermediary. The fiscal intermediary’s role is to reimburse the Personal Assistant through Medicaid for your self-directed care with wages and benefits.
