Hello FB friends! Sorry to be MIA for so long.
Following the death of my beloved teacher, Mrs. Sanders, who planted seeds for all the transformations of my life, I've needed to take time to seriously reflect on my life's purpose and next steps.
To do this, I've had to go deep, deep, deep within, into that void of emptiness, from which fullness emerges.
This summer has been a time of surrender, of shedding several more skins, and getting closer to the core of my own being.
It has been a time of making space to be open to receive, in many ways, from the universe, and to learn lots of new things, leading to greater balance and wholeness, within and without.
For me, this has involved:
* READING lots of books ~ have been resonating so strongly with Think Like a Monk by the amazing Jay Shetty, especially how he writes:
"Ultimately death can be seen as the greatest reflection point - by imagining the last moment you can reflect on everything that leads up to it."
* LISTENING to tons of Jay Shetty podcast episodes ~ each one is such a gift, full of nectar for the soul
I really cherished meeting Jay in person on his incredible Love Rules Tour in Florida. He is even more humble, empathetic and awesome in person than he seems from afar.
It's so inspiring to see all he's doing to spread ancient wisdom far and wide, and never stop learning himself.
* DECIDING which Florida beach is my favorite
* DOWNLOADING my 3rd book: a seed Mrs. Sanders planted in her 'famous last words' to my soul when I last saw her 6 years ago, after releasing my first book
* PERFECTING the foundation for a classical Indian dance to the mantra that serves as the opening of my book, The Way of the Goddess (https://theancientway.co/wayofthegoddess)
* LEARNING from, collaborating with, and embodying more of my own Divine Masculine
* EARNING my yellow belt in TaeKwonDo
* CREATING 2 new transformational programs I can't wait to share about
* DEVELOPING new health issue-based Ayurvedic recipes
* STARTING a full-service publishing imprint to honor Mrs. Sanders' legacy and support the emergence of more voices in service of Truth and healing
I'm so behind on sharing many other things, but will do my best to catch up now!
