Is your "back pain" really coming from your back? 🤔

If your pain is mostly on one side, near one butt cheek, it may actually be your SI joint.

This is one of the most common causes of pregnancy pelvic pain, but it's often mistaken for regular back pain.

That's why stretching your back isn't always the answer.

In this final part of my 4-part series, I'll show you:
🧡 How to tell if it's SI joint pain
🧡 What may be making it worse
🧡 Simple movement changes that can help
🧡 Why knowing the cause of your pain matters

The biggest lesson from this series?

NOT ALL PREGNANCY PELVIC PAIN IS THE SAME!

This is important because each needs different aproaches to get rid of pain.

P***c symphysis pain, round ligament pain, and SI joint pain all need different movement strategies.

Once you know what's causing your pain, you can stop guessing and choose movements that better support your body.

Pregnancy pelvic pain is common but not normal. Understanding your pain is the first step toward moving with more comfort and confidence.

Comment ROUND

Have you ever felt a sharp pain in your lower belly when you sneeze, laugh, or roll over in bed? 🤰

That quick, stabbing pain can be scary.

But for many pregnant women, it's round ligament pain.

As your baby grows, the ligaments that help support your uterus stretch. A sudden movement can pull on them, causing a sharp pain that usually lasts only a few seconds.

One of the biggest mistakes I see?

❌ Trying to stretch the painful side.
That often makes the pain worse.
Instead, bend your hips and shorten the ligament. This helps it relax and can ease the discomfort.

In this carousel, you'll learn:
✨ Why round ligament pain happens
✨ What NOT to do
✨ A simple movement that may help
✨ When it's time to call your healthcare provider

Remember, pregnancy pelvic pain is common, but not normal. Understanding what's causing your pain is the first step toward feeling better.

Did anyone teach you these C-section recovery tricks? ❤️
Comment "YES" if you learned them, or "NO" if this is new to you!
Feeding your baby shouldn't put pressure on your incision.
Try using a pillow at your side and hold baby in the “football hold”.
And before you cough, sneeze, or laugh, hug a pillow against your incision for extra support.
These simple tips can make your postpartum recovery much more comfortable.

Have you ever wondered why getting in and out of bed hurts so much after a C-section? ❤️
What was your experience? And did anyone teach you this?
💬Please tell me and comment below👇
The first few days after a C-section can make even simple movements feel scary. The good news? A few small changes can help reduce strain on your incision and make moving in bed more comfortable.
In this video, I'll show you how to:
✨ Get into bed with less pain
✨ Roll without twisting your incision
✨ Get out of bed using your arms instead of your abs
One question I hear all the time is: "What's the safest way to get in and out of bed after a C-section?" The answer is to protect your incision by using a pillow for support, roll your shoulders and hips together like a log, and let your arms do the work. These simple C-section recovery tips can make a big difference during your postpartum recovery.
Remember, pain with movement is common, but not normal. The right movement strategies help you heal with more confidence.

Did getting out of the car suddenly become one of the hardest parts of your day? 🤰

If you feel pain at the front of your pelvis, especially when you:
• Get out of the car
• Roll over in bed
• Walk
• Climb stairs

…it may be p***c symphysis pain (SPD).

The good news? ❤️

It's common, but not normal. There are simple changes that can help reduce the strain on your pelvis and make everyday movement feel easier.

In this carousel, I'll show you:
✨ Why it happens

Is your postpartum body ready for running, tennis, pickleball, or heavy lifting? 🏃‍♀️

Before you return to high-impact exercise, try this simple postpartum jumping test.

Drink a large glass of water about 15 minutes before the test. Then:

1️⃣ Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
2️⃣ Jump up and down 20 times.
3️⃣ Cough firmly four times.

Pay attention to what your body tells you.

Did you notice:

• Leaking
• Pelvic heaviness or pressure
• Pain or discomfort

These symptoms may mean your pelvic floor and deep core need more support before you add running or vigorous sports.

No symptoms? That is a good first step—but it is not the only sign that you are ready. Start slowly and watch for symptoms during and after exercise.

💬 Comment JUMP and I’ll send you my step-by-step guide for performing the test.

💾 Save this before returning to postpartum exercise.

❤️ Share it with a mom who is ready to get active again.

Did anyone tell you to make padsicles before your baby arrives? 👶❄️

If not, you're not alone.

Most moms don't hear about them until after they give birth—and by then, they wish they had them ready.

Padsicles are an easy way to soothe soreness and swelling after a vaginal birth. The best part? You can make them at home in just a few minutes using a few simple supplies.

In this reel, I show you what you need to get started.

💬 Comment "PADS" and I'll send you my simple step-by-step recipe.

💾 Save this now so you remember to make them before your due date.

❤️ Share it with a pregnant friend. She'll thank you later.

Preparing for postpartum recovery starts before your baby arrives. Small steps now can make those first days after birth a little more comfortable.
