Truly speaking, you just had to be there.
I still can’t believe I completed Year 3 of Paychecks 2 Profit Healthcare Summit 🩺 healthcare summit.
What people see is the final outcome, venue, the speakers, the connections, and the celebration. What they don’t see are the long nights of planning, the sacrifices, the unexpected challenges, and the pressure of making sure every detail comes together.
Bringing almost 100 healthcare professionals into one room to network, connect, learn, and see what’s possible beyond their clinical roles was bigger than just hosting an event. It was about creating a space where healthcare professionals could be surrounded by people who understand their journey, expand their vision, and leave feeling inspired to build something greater for themselves.
There were moments when I was tired. Moments when I questioned whether everything would come together the way I envisioned it. But seeing that room filled with meaningful conversations, new relationships, shared knowledge, and genuine support reminded me exactly why I started.
Year 3 was proof that the vision is growing and so is the impact.
