Om Factory offers a vast array of classes, workshops and trainings, inviting you to challenge the definition of what a yoga studio can be. Our students can stay grounded with more traditional yoga classes, or take flight with our various fusion styles, including Aerial Yoga, AcroYoga and Aerial Circus Arts.

Aerial Dance or Aerial Yoga? What’s the difference?

Aerial Yoga will be deeply rooted in the practice of yoga with certain elements of aerial, deep stretches, finding your posture with the hammock, connecting to your breath.

Aerial Dance will involve movement using your hammock and dance techniques. You will learn new choreo involving floor work and hammock tricks!

Both are amazing classes to try and you can join a class today because they are beginner friendly!
