Feeling your best isn’t just about what you eat — it’s also about how you eat. When you learn to build a balanced plate, tune into your hunger cues, and create supportive habits, everything starts to shift.

That’s exactly what we focus on in my signature course, The Wellness Reset — a practical, positive approach to healthy eating and sustainable weight loss.

Whether you are using weight-loss medications, considering them, or choosing not to use them at all, the foundation of lasting wellness remains the same: balanced portions, a positive mindset, and habits you can sustain long-term.

Inside, you’ll learn how to:
• Build a balanced plate
• Become more portion aware
• Decode food labels
• Create a healthier food environment
• Develop a winning mindset around eating
• Eat mindfully and with intention

Small shifts can lead to powerful, lasting results.

You don’t have to count every calorie in order to make progress 🌱
Instead of focusing on what to cut out, try thinking about what you can add to your plate—more vegetables, fruits, beans, lentils, whole grains, and other minimally processed plant foods.

These foods can add volume, fiber, and nutrients while helping meals feel satisfying. And when it comes to lasting change, small, realistic habits often go much further than an all-or-nothing approach.

Glad to share my thoughts with Inc. on simple, sustainable ways to support weight management. 💚

I was recently interviewed by USA TODAY about portion control, and one point is especially important: the goal isn’t to eat as little as possible.

A few key takeaways:

• Be mindful of how much you eat at one time—without severely restricting intake.
• Find portions that satisfy you and fit your individual needs and health goals.
• Remember that portion sizes have grown over the years, making it easy to eat more than we realize.
• Build satisfying meals around fiber- and protein-rich foods like vegetables, fruit, legumes, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats.

And yes, you can still enjoy the foods you love. ❤️

As I often say, it’s not about rigid rules—it’s about awareness, balance, and finding an approach you can sustain.
