"I had a great experience at the optical department inside New York Eye Surgery Center. Hector was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating with my mother and me throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, explain different lens and frame options, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
