When you feel like you’re the only one trying, you just may be. Letting go isn’t easy, and neither is a relationship where you’re not aloud to make mistakes. Only you know your intentions, and only you get to express how you feel. You deserve to be mutually loved, respected, appreciated, and understood. Whether others want to listen is their choice, or their loss.

Keep making mistakes. Keep learning from them.

This was a challenging week physically and emotionally- an enthusiastic thank you to some special people who were there for me at 5 in the morning when I needed a little moral support. Getting through tough moments is hard for everyone- even therapists! We all have em, and we all get through em ❤️. PS Is just me or do this pup and I kinda look alike? Happy weekend ☀️
