We have an opening for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team. You will be tasked with helping patients with personal hygiene, minor medical needs, housekeeping, and other daily needs as required by the patient. To excel in this role you should have an interest in health care and the ability to work with limited supervision keeping the patient's needs as your top priority

Responsibilities:

Help patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
Perform basic health care services for patients including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication.
Help with general light housekeeping.
Make transportation arrangements as needed.
Work with a nurse, personal care aide, a CNA, nurse aide, nursing assistant, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals.
Observe and report on patient condition.
Keep up with in-service training.

Working together to help a senior enjoy their life at home safely requires organization and patience. Use these tips to make care at home easier.
1. Have regular family meetings with all the persons involved in the care. ( Facetime, Videochat group, Family chat group)

2. Communicate with respect for each other's views and opinions.

3. Keep good notes with any updates and appointments and share them with the whole care team.

4. Make the emergency plan known to the care team.

5. Using care apps to keep your senior care plans and information accessible and organized.

Our home health care agency is expanding and we are hiring a Home Health Nurse effective immediately. We work with patients of all ages and backgrounds who require daily care in their homes. Most of our patients are elderly and/or terminally ill, so we hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, so time management skills are essential. However, it is important to provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to meet his or her needs.
