Every girl deserves to experience her period with dignity, not uncertainty. 💚

Yesterday, Relume Foundation visited the Adogo/Ipaja community to distribute sanitary pads and educate young girls on menstrual health through our Cycle of Dignity initiative.

Because menstrual health education is more than a conversation. It is about equipping girls with knowledge, providing essential resources, and creating an environment where no girl has to face her menstrual journey feeling uninformed or unsupported.

We remain committed to bridging the gaps, breaking barriers, and ensuring that dignity is never a privilege.
