What does Craniosacral Therapy feel like?

CST is a very gentle, hands-on approach. During a session, you may feel subtle pressure, gentle movement, or simply a sense of deep relaxation.

There's no forceful adjustment or need to "push through" anything. The goal is to create a quiet space where your body can soften, settle, and respond.

Sometimes the first signs of feeling better are the small things.

A little more ease in the morning. Better posture at your desk. Sleeping more comfortably through the night.

These changes may happen gradually, even while care is ongoing. I always encourage patients to notice those everyday improvements - they can be meaningful signs that your body is adapting and moving in a healthier direction.

The way we think about our health matters.

A positive mindset doesn't mean ignoring challenges. It means giving yourself space to focus on what you *can* do - small choices that support your body, your energy, and your overall well-being.

Health is a journey, and every day gives us another opportunity to care for ourselves.

A little regular stretching can make everyday movement feel easier.

Stretching helps maintain flexibility and gives your muscles and joints an opportunity to move through a comfortable range.

You don't need a complicated routine. A few minutes of gentle stretching throughout your day can be a simple way to support how your body moves and feels.

What is craniosacral therapy?

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on the tissues and structures surrounding the brain and spinal cord. In my practice, I use light touch to help release areas of tension and support the body's natural ability to regulate, adapt, and find greater balance.

"I'm so mad I ate healthy today!" - said no one ever. 😊

The small choices we make every day can have a big impact on how we feel. Nourishing your body, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, and moving regularly all add up over time.

Wellness isn't about being perfect. It's about the habits we return to each day.

It's never too late to start taking care of your body.

I often hear people say, "I wish I had started sooner." But there is no perfect age to begin. Whether you're in your twenties, eighties, or somewhere in between, your body continues to adapt and respond to movement and healthy support.

It's always a good time to start.
