I also have experience
and enjoy working with young adults to help support transition from childhood to adulthood and work through the adjustment of finding your own way during the post-high school, college, and graduate school years. I have experience using evidence based practices such as TF-CBT to address trauma, DBT to address intense emotions and difficult relationships, MATCH to address anxiety, depression, and conduct, and ABA for Autism Spectrum Disorders. I also have experience using play, art, and biblio therapy and traditional talk therapy.
