Yesterday, I had the pleasure of facilitating an Aromatherapy Intention Bar experience at the STooPS Art & Community Summer Festival.

From the youngest to the oldest, it was beautiful watching people pause, connect with themselves, explore what they were feeling, and create their own aromatherapy blends with intention.

The joy, curiosity, and creativity were truly beautiful to witness.

Grateful to Kendra and the entire STooPS team for creating a space where healing, community, and JOY AS RESISTANCE could come together.

A few highlights from last year’s STooPS Art & Community Summer Festival!

There was so much joy, connection, creativity, and community. It was an honor to lead a hands-on Aromatherapy & Healing Workshop, where participants created their own custom blends while learning how essential oils can support wellness, relaxation, and everyday self-care.

This is what healing in community looks like. 💛
