BODĒ NYC - Original Hot Yoga Come as you are, leave happy & Healthy. Founded in 1999, we brought Hot Yoga to NYC. BODĒ NYC offers a 360 degree approach to the practice.

We offer all hot classes: 26&2, Hot Vinyasa, Hot Pilates, HIIT, Yoga Sculpt, and Yin. The traditional Bikram method Hot Yoga provides the foundation for the curriculum, with a full complement of Yin Nidra, Hot HIIT, and Barkan method Vinyasa. With programs, challenges, and workshops, there's sure to be something for everyone.

Here’s a trip down NYC Yoga memory lane with Ben Sears, who will visit from Montana for a OHY class at Bode on Saturday, October 10 at noon! A great opportunity to practice with a world-renowned teacher without having to book a full workshop.

We always learn something new from Ben. He’s equal parts detailed and light-hearted. Join us for a class that will change the way you practice.

Ben landed in Yoga in 2001 to address serious injuries and grief. He was been cited in Yoga Journal in 2017 as a “master”. From 2007-2021, he operated LUXYOGA in the South of France, the first boutique luxury practice-first destination of it’s kind. He now lives in Bozeman and offers in-person events in Montana and Ibiza, Spain, as well as an online school, and corporate and 1-1 coaching programs.
