There’s this moment I see over and over in my sessions:

A smart, capable woman looks at me and whispers, “I had no idea my body worked like this... why did no one tell me sooner?”

She’s leaking a little when she laughs.

Or s*x feels different, sometimes painful.

Or her abs just don’t feel like they “came back,” even though everyone keeps telling her she looks great.

And she’s not lazy, unmotivated, or clueless.

She’s doing what most of us do… trying random Kegels, guessing at “core” workouts on YouTube, and hoping things magically resolve when life calms down.

The problem isn’t her effort.

The problem is that nobody ever sat her down and explained how her pelvic floor, breath, ribs, and abs actually work together in real life… at work, with kids, in intimacy, during workouts.

That gap is exactly why I created Master Your Pelvic Floor.

It’s my step‐by‐step online course where I teach you:

💪🏽 How your whole core system really works (in plain language).

💪🏽 How to spot early red flags so you stop wondering “is this normal?”

💪🏽 How to build a realistic movement and self‐care routine you can actually stick to.

It’s not a replacement for 1:1 PT, but it is the deep, practical education I wish every pregnant, postpartum, or pelvic‐curious person had before they were desperate for help.

If you’ve been nodding along to this, you’re exactly who I built it for.

You don’t have to keep piecing your body together from random reels and conflicting advice. Because that doesn’t FIX everything!

Comment or DM “MAP” and I’ll send you a 15% coupon code.

Head to physiocuration.com to dive into Master Your Pelvic Floor and finally understand what your body has been trying to tell you.

POV: my daughter thinks my workout sets and work emails are just intermission for playtime 😂💪 Honestly… wouldn’t want it any other way on a Friday at 4:30!

Turns out women did not, in fact, become “too bulky” from touching a dumbbell once. 😌

What we did become: stronger, more confident, more functional, and far less interested in surviving on elliptical machines alone.

Research and education around women’s bodies led to a shift in how women workout because now we KNOW how incredibly beneficial it is for a thousand reasons.

Women lifting weights isn’t a trend… it’s a generational shift. For years, fitness culture pushed women toward shrinking themselves (for the patriarchy). Now more women are training for strength, longevity, bone health, energy, performance, and feeling powerful in their own bodies.

And the numbers show it:
• Women’s use of free weights increased by 150% from 2011–2021
• Use of resistance machines increased by 558%
• Women now make up over 50% of lifting platform usage at some major gyms

Turns out picking up heavy things has benefits beyond aesthetics: better bone density, metabolic health, functional independence, and confidence across the lifespan.

Let’s get women to always be in charge of their bodies… in every single way. Seems obvious.

Anyway… see you in the weight room. 💅🏽🏋️‍♀️

How every PT feels when they have to constantly treat their own injuries 😩🤣😭

Actually though I almost fall off my chair when I hear Posterior Fourchette, Levator Ani, or Introitus!

Love when my ladies know their anatomy!

Wonderful afternoon today at Baby Bjorn’s office in Manhattan with an incredible group of perinatal professionals. It was lovely to share perspectives on baby wearing!

From my angle, baby wearing is a personal choice where a lot of factors need to be considered… primarily safety of baby (and mom), but also comfort! Pelvic floor dysfunction can sometimes be exacerbated by carrying baby and it takes a holistic approach to help parents reach their goals for baby wearing.
