Sn atmakirti spent her 17 yrs.

in the presence of paramhamsa swami satyananda saraswati at rikhiapeeth. Her deep inner experiences led her to ashram and she learnt many things which are guided by sri swami satyananda in his satsang and through dream. She learnt hatha,yoga karma yoga, nada yoga, dhayana yoga, mantra, havan, kirtan at Rikhiapeeth. In the inspiration of his satsang,she composed many poem and article. She got her first award for her poem from sri swamiji through swami satsangi.

Barefoot on snow, rooted like a tree 🌲❄️
Cold beneath my feet, but fire within my breath.
In every shiver, I find stillness.
In every challenge, I discover balance.

Tree Pose teaches me — strength is not loud, it is steady.
Even in the coldest moments, we can stand tall.
Grounded to the earth, rising to the sky.
This is yoga — calm mind, fearless heart.
