Today’s spotlight shines on our Community Wellness Partner, studio. 🧡

☀️ One week from today, we’ll gather on plaza for the 7th Annual Brick City Solstice part of festival.

In this video, co-owner Sara leads one round of , each person moving in their own way, with their own expression of the practice. It’s a beautiful reminder that is not about perfection; it’s about presence. This is a glimpse of the spirit we’ll embody on June 20.

At Newark Yoga Movement, we believe yoga belongs to everyone. Whether you practice standing, seated, modified, or with years of experience, there is a place for you in this community.

☀️ Less than 10 days until Brick City Solstice part of festival. ☀️

Sixteen guides are preparing to come together and create a powerful community experience for Newark and beyond. We are deeply grateful for each teacher who has said yes to sharing their time, energy, expertise, and heart with our community.

This year’s experience unfolds as a journey, beginning with grounding and awakening, building strength and energy, rising to a collective peak, and gently returning through reflection, release, integration, and restoration.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, joining us from a chair, practicing in Spanish, or moving through a dynamic flow, there is something here for everyone.
