More than an arm balance, Bakasana is about shifting your center of gravity and building trust in your body. By engaging the core, protracting the shoulders, and rooting through the hands, you build the stability needed for lift without relying on momentum.

This pose strengthens the wrists, arms, and deep core while sharpening focus and body awareness.  It’s a wonderful practice for learning to trust yourself and moving beyond fear. ✨
